Payments

Payments via our Mining Lights online store are secure with SSL and https protection.
Our Store offers payment via Pay Pal and Stripe directly via your credit card or bank account card.
For customers who wish to pay via bank direct deposit or telegraphic transfer please contact us for the details.
As we work on small margins to offer you the best available pricing late payments from negotiated account customers or negotiated contracts will incur a late payment fee and ac-crewed interest until paid in full as stated on the invoice. In some projects we may offer negotiated part payment on order and balance upon production dispatch.

As most Mining Lights are made to order with many variables such as watts, colour temperature, IP grade, LED chip brand and quality, various CRI grades, housing colour, and cable length please understand that payment is required upon order so we can proceed to manufacture your lights.

By placing an order or purchasing from Eco Industrial Supplies you understand and accept the terms and conditions below.
All Mining Lights displayed for sale here on the online LED Lighting Store are often made to order due to offering you the customer choice with various options to tailor your exact needs.
We understand everyone is an individual with different needs and we strive to supply your order as soon as we can.
All goods remain the property of Eco Industrial Supplies until full payment is received.
Warranty on goods once they have been dispatched from Eco Industrial Supplies are void unless delivery insurance is taken out upon delivery.
Unfortunately lighting can get damaged during transport despite us taking precautions with firm & secure packaging. It is very rare your shipment will be damaged in transport, fall off a ship to be washed up on some castaway island but please contact us if you have any concerns & we can add transport insurance to your order.
We can offer transport insurance to be added upon checkout if required.

Returns and refunds Policy

Manufactured to order returns can not be accepted under no circumstance.
All warranty claims will be handled by the manufacturer.
​Eco Industrial Supplies is not responsible for a warranty claim.
If you believe you have a warranty claim Eco Industrial Supplies will put you in contact with the manufacturer.
The manufacturer may void their warranty if conditions were not fully explained to them before purchase, conditions changed or the product was modified or tampered with.
Eco Industrial Supplies and the manufacturers take no responsibility of how the lights are installed.
Installing electricians should take every step and precaution to make sure the lights are installed correctly and to suit the environment.
​Warranty claims that have been deemed damaged by lightning storms, extreme conditions or an "act of god" will not be accepted.
Faulty products will not be refunded but replaced or repaired whichever is deemed to be practical by the manufacturer.
If you have a warranty claim please send us a short video and photos of the problem for assessment. We will pass it onto the manufacturer and give you the contact so you can make a warranty claim with them..
With varied electrical supply current we can not be responsible for some electrical malfunctions.
Warranty items will be inspected by the manufacturer engineers to determine if warranty claim will be accepted.
Eco Industrial Supplies will not be liable for transport costs due to warranty claims.
As an importer and exporter of Mining Lights Eco industrial Supplies endeavors to conform with local electrical laws and standards.
We rely on many lighting manufacturing factories who hold the compliance certifications to be honest and transparent.
Eco Industrial Supplies is not responsible for any compliance or certification other than our own SAA, C-Tick certified products.
​Due to supplying LED lighting world wide and the many different / varied local electrical laws & compliances we are not responsible for the checking of compliance. The compliance to your local electrical law or compliance certification is the responsibility of the purchaser and or installer. We encourage you to check the product compliance you need before ordering any LED lighting from us. We will source your needs.
We do not accept any returns for credit once goods are paid for and or supplied.
We do not accept any responsibility for non compliant or wrongly labelled products.
